Role
Inside Sales Support/CSR to provide support to our sales team and process customer orders. Also handle any escalated calls or situations involving the sales team; being a liaison between clients and sales team.
Key Responsibilities
• Respond to customer calls and take orders• Provide customers all the necessary information concerning orders and deliveries
• Advise customers on products
• Troubleshoot issues with customers and escalate to the manager as needed
• Handle complaints from customers with a professional and respectful attitude
• Support the sales team both Canada and USA
• Process sales representative’s orders and returns
• Respond to customer calls and take orders
• Respond to customer questions regarding orders and deliveries
• Advise customers on products
• Resolve problems
• Process Sales Representative and warranty replacements credits
• Back up consignment recalls and returns
