We are actively seeking a Office Clerk -Sales Supportto joint our team as we continue to expand our reach and services.
As part of the Business Development team, the Sales Support Clerk works closely with Account Manager and other internal services and provide administrative and customer support.
Main Responsibilities:
• Prepare study outlines, costing and contracts for incoming inquiries, follow-up with client’s inquiries, database management.
• Prepare for client’s visits (agenda, hotel, lunch).
• May participate in conference and tradeshow preparation, marketing materials etc.
• Other related tasks.
