Job description

Mspecs Finishing, a company that offers a wide variety of metal finishing services is presently seeking an Office Clerk to join its team.

Reporting to the general manager, the Office Clerk provides administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive and route incoming calls and emails and maintain tracking system to ensure appropriate follow-up with clients on behalf of senior colleagues.
  • Create invoices in ERP system.
  • Inform customers when parts are ready.
  • Maintain data base (enter new customers and suppliers and update contact information).
  • Monitor and maintain inventory of supplies (update inventory records and order supplies as required).
  • Receptionist duties and customer service, as required.
  • Coordinate transportation logistics for in / out bound freight.
  • Receive and ship goods as required
  • Perform other duties as required.

Minimum Educational Qualifications:

High school diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED).

Experience:

Training will be provided onsite.

  • Aptitude for teamwork
  • Ability to work in fast paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail data entry accuracy
  • Excellent computer skills, particularly with MS Office.
  • Superior organizational and time management skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
  • Above average written, verbal, and listening skills
  • Aptitude for customer service
  • Ability to work well under pressure, individually, and as part of a team, while balancing multiple demands
  • Bilingual (English, French)

Salary: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
