```Job Summary```
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Clerk to join our team. The Office Clerk will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks in relation to service, to support our electricians out in the field by being their connection to the office. The ideal candidate will be willing to learn new things, be meticulous and efficient.
```Duties```
- Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, and filing documents
- Assist with data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information
- Manage incoming and outgoing emails.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist with dispatching calls to the electricians
- Follow up with work in process
- Provide administrative support to other team members as needed
```Experience```
- Proficiency in using computerized systems for data entry and record keeping
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
