Full salary package is $60,000 per year which will be made up of base salary & bonus.

We are seeking a tech-savvy, self-motivated individual to join our Inbound Sales team! If you love to connect with customers and help them purchase amazing products, then Backcountry is the place for you to start a rewarding career!

Here are the main responsibilities of our Sales Team:

• The ability to handle high volumes of inbound and outbound sales calls in a professional manner

• You will call and email customers to educate and help them understand their purchase decision using your extensive knowledge of the product line. Training period will be min 3 months based on performance

• You will build trust and rapport with customers to help them buy the right outdoor product for their needs.

• You must meet or exceed all KPI’s including targets for revenue, conversion rate, customer satisfaction and more - hours are 9am -5pm PDT.

• You must always put the customer first and be a good representative for our company when speaking to customers, brand partners etc - great customer service is a core part of our brand

What skills and and equipment you will need for this role:

• 2 + Years sales experience in a target driven sales environment
• College degree required /High School Diploma
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills
• Proven written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable learning/using multiple software applications independently
• Regular and reliable attendance - this is an essential function of this position

• Computer equipment needed. You must provide a workspace that is free from noise or distraction. Equipment will be provided after the probation period if needed. Probation period is 3 months from time of employment
• Ability to maintain the required internet speed of at least 25 Mbps(download) and 5 (upload) to support voice traffic and https web traffic.

Additional Valuable Skills that would make you a good fit:

• Bilingual in French & English
• Knowledge of carpentry, basic assembly or mechanical skills
• Love of the outdoors, recreational activities and current health & wellness trends

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $45,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
