As an Insulation Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and promoting our insulation, coating and flat roofing products to prospective clients. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with contractors, builders, and property owners, while also identifying new business opportunities within your assigned territory. By leveraging your experience in insulation and your exceptional sales skills, you will help our clients make informed decisions to improve energy efficiency and enhance comfort levels in their properties.
Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients through research, referrals, and networking.
- Cold call, email, and visit prospects to introduce our insulation solutions.
- Conduct on-site assessments to understand clients' insulation needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Inform clients of pricing, scheduling and contractual obligations.
- Close deals and secure signed contracts.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction..
- Cultivate strong relationships with builders, contractors, and property owners.
- Provide exceptional customer service to maintain client satisfaction.
- Keep accurate records of sales activities, leads, closed deals and expenses
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements in insulation products.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the insulation or construction industry.
- Knowledge of insulation products, applications, and installation techniques.
- Knowledge of flat roofing an asset.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Valid driver's license and vehicle and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
