About the team you are joining
The IATA Operational Safety Audit (IOSA) Program is an internationally recognized and accepted evaluation system designed to assess the operational management and control systems of an airline.
In this role, reporting to the Senior Managers, Audit Training, you will be supporting the IOSA Risk Based Project.
What your day would be like
- Assist in project communications and promotion;
- Assist in the auditor selection;
- Assist in the planning of training sessions;
- Assist in the maintenance of the Auditor qualification records
- Support in administrative activities;
- Prepare Audit Reports for distribution;
- Maintain day-to-day communication with program stakeholders such as auditors, airlines and Audit Organizations;
- Support, liaise and coordinate with other internal stakeholders;
- Assist in the preparation of ah-doc reports/documents.
We would love to hear from you if
- University Degree;
- Ability to multitask and work with high level of accuracy;
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
- Understanding of Power BI;
- Excellent communications skills;
- English language proficiency.
