WHAT YOU’LL DO:
As International Sales Contacts & Proposal Coordinator, you will report directly to the Head of Sales for Canada and collaborate closely with the Business Development and Contracts teams.
You will play a crucial role in coordinating and managing International Contracts and proposals, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, and supporting the business development efforts of the organisation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
You will be responsible for:
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders for quotes, estimates, and timeline facilitation for international customers.
- Coordinate international proposal preparation and submission in response to RFPs and RFIs.
- Review and manage international customer quotes for legal and regulatory compliance.
- Maintain Salesforce and other internal dashboards/reports.
- Coordinate company participation in international trade shows and events and ensure timely shipping of required materials.

WHAT SKILLS YOU BRING:
We are looking for individuals with:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with CRM maintenance, Salesforce preferred.
- Experience working in an Agile environment.
- Detail oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
QUALIFICATIONS YOU HAVE:
We are looking for individuals with:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field
- 3 – 4 years of related work experience in international contract management and proposal coordination.
- Strong understanding of legal and regulatory requirements related to international business.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Have, or are able to obtain RPAL and various security clearances.
ABOUT THE WORKING ENVIRONMENT:
This role is performed in an office environment with a requirement to travel for tradeshows (5%), attend indoor and outdoor range events (5%), and work irregular hours to support international events (15%).
WHAT WE OFFER:
Colt Canada offers a competitive compensation based on experience and proven track record. The compensation for this role starts at $55,000.00/year and is based on experience.
