International Contracts & Proposal Coordinator

WHERE WE ARE:

Colt Canada is based in Kitchener, Ontario, right near the 401 and Hwy 8. This is an onsiterole with flexibility.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

As International Sales Contacts & Proposal Coordinator, you will report directly to the Head of Sales for Canada and collaborate closely with the Business Development and Contracts teams.

You will play a crucial role in coordinating and managing International Contracts and proposals, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, and supporting the business development efforts of the organisation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

You will be responsible for:

• Collaborating with internal stakeholders for quotes, estimates, and timeline facilitation for international customers.
• Coordinate international proposal preparation and submission in response to RFPs and RFIs.
• Review and manage international customer quotes for legal and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain Salesforce and other internal dashboards/reports.
• Coordinate company participation in international trade shows and events and ensure timely shipping of required materials.

WHAT SKILLS YOU BRING:

We are looking for individuals with:

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with CRM maintenance, Salesforce preferred.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
• Detail oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

QUALIFICATIONS YOU HAVE:

We are looking for individuals with:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field
• 3 – 4 years of related work experience in international contract management and proposal coordination.
• Strong understanding of legal and regulatory requirements related to international business.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Have, or are able to obtain RPAL and various security clearances.

ABOUT THE WORKING ENVIRONMENT:

This role is performed in an office environment with a requirement to travel for tradeshows (5%), attend indoor and outdoor range events (5%), and work irregular hours to support international events (15%).

WHAT WE OFFER:

Colt Canada offers a competitive compensation based on experience and proven track record. The compensation for this role starts at $55,000.00/year and is based on experience.
