The Opportunity:

 

We are seeking a Proposal Coordinator who will be supporting the development of RFP responses. In this role you will be responsible for coordinating the proposal project lifecycle, which includes coordinating meetings and follow ups, developing resumes and, building credentials, contributing to proposal content and consolidating all documentation for the bid. This is an entry level position with the unique opportunity to expand qualifications and skills and further develop your career.

 

Your key responsibilities:

  • Develop and update the proposal (project) plan
  • Setup meetings and send follow up action items
  • Conduct research (internal and external) to inform proposal content
  • Build relationships with a variety of stakeholders throughout the Global organization including Proposal Managers, Subject Matter Experts, Consultants and other Project Coordinators across EY
  • Collect all necessary documentation for the proposal including references, resumes, thought leadership, compliance documentation and credentials
  • Work directly with internal practitioners and subject matter experts to build their resumes or project credentials

  • Exceptional writing and editing skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented and highly deadline-driven 
  • Strong project coordination skills including, the ability to establish priorities, set and manage schedules, and coordinate multiple projects at one time
  • Ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization
  • Highly developed computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite and cloud-based technology
  • Self motivated and the ability to work independently


To Qualify for the role you must have:

  • 1-2 years relevant experience in an administrative role (or equivalent)
  • Experience coordinating and planning multistage projects and/or proposals
  • Undergraduate degree required (major in Language, Communications, Marketing or Business) or equivalent


Ideally you will also have:

  • Experience in professional services (e.g., accounting, management consulting, legal, architectural, engineering)
  • Experience in recruitment/resume writing
  • This role involves interaction with internal and external clients and professionals nationally and globally. Professional competency in the English language is therefore a requirement of this role. Bilingualism in both French and English is considered an asset.


The salary range for this job in British Columbia is $59,200 to $88,800. Individual salaries within this range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and work location city.
