Inventory Assistant

We are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic team player to join our Freight & Inventory team as an Inventory Assistant. This is a Full-Time, Regular position working out of our National Office in Abbotsford, BC. The hourly rate is between $20 to $25 depending on work background and experience.

The Inventory Assistant will be responsible for entering, monitoring, and reporting all aspects of incoming and in stock new RV inventory, Pre-Owned, and Vacation Certified (Defleeted) units. They will also be responsible for maintaining, updating, and reporting all shortages and deficiencies to management.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

• Place Purchase Orders on behalf of all locations across Canada, ensuring proper approvals are in place and specifications are aligned with requirements and standardized to the greatest extent possible
• Assist in receiving units into inventory and the associated accounting paperwork according to established procedures.
• Reconcile discrepancies and maintain and update inventory records.
• Assist in all aspects of pre-loading options for sales and base prices.
• Assist in posting all deals from all locations
• Update deal Information in G2/IDS daily
• Monitor dealer incentives and rebates and work with OEMs and locations to ensure full recovery of all available funds
• Other duties shall be assigned as required
