Je suis à la recherche, pour un de nos clients, situé à Longueuil, d'un analyste d'affaires TI. Il s'agit d'un poste permanent, en mode hybride. Le salaire proposé varie en fonction de l'expérience (80 000 à 100 000 $).
Vos missions seront :

I'm looking for an IT Business Analyst for one of our customers in Longueuil. This is a permanent position, in hybrid mode. Salary varies according to experience ($80,000 to $100,000).
Your duties will include :
* Be responsible for the continuous optimization of software applications and platforms used by the organization
* Act as a resource person for all stakeholders and suppliers of IT solutions
* Manage IT development projects
* Master and understand the company's various business processes and ERP system
* Lead and facilitate meetings
* Translate user requirements into functional specifications for system development and customization
* Participate in cost/benefit analysis, organizational impact analysis and, if required, implementation of changes
* Strong problem-solving and communication skills
* Participate in the analysis, documentation and mapping of business processes
* Participate in the definition, coordination and execution of test scenarios
* Develop operational and technical specifications

* Bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration or engineering (or equivalent)
* 3-5 years' experience as a Business Analyst
* Knowledge of ERP (Epicor), Jira (asset)
* Good knowledge of agile environment
* Experience in a manufacturing environment
