Description
CLSI is now accepting applications for an IT Resource Coordinator. The IT Resource Coordinator is responsible for planning, prioritizing, scheduling, assigning, and supporting the IT Help Desk, in addition to participating in tracking IT assets and hardware upgrades led by other out-of-scope staff. Key assignments include providing system-level support of multi-user operating systems, hardware and software tools, including installation, configuration, monitoring, and support of IT asset management and ticketing systems.
Responsibilities
- Forecast and plan for the purchase and renewal of IT software as well as other CLS related software that falls under IT procurement
- Prioritize the work of the Support Desk, ensuring a high level of customer service and a consistent approach.
- Administer (monitors, configures and maintains) one or more of the following IT systems and services including:
- IT asset management software, libraries and databases
- IT ticketing system configuration, workflow and dashboarding
- IT software purchasing and renewal reporting and execution
- Troubleshoot and resolve support related workflow issues and customer service related problems
- Work with IT leadership team in:
- Defining, configuring and maintaining Service Level Agreements within the IT service desk/ticket systems
- Consolidating software renewals and purchases across CLS
- Proposing changes to tiered support workflow and triage operations for IT
- Lifecycle management of assets under asset management control
Required Qualifications:
- A relevant undergraduate degree/certificate and 3 years of related experience.
- Must have experience working in enterprise application software such as Confluence and JIRA.
