Within Operations, we are growing our Digital Inside Sales (DIS) team. Our groundbreaking approach to sales brings clients the right combination of trusted technical sellers and innovative technology, powered by data and insights.
Responsibilities:
Work collaboratively with the sales team and advertising partners to review and identify issues in their technical set up and propose solutions via email and video call
Maintain a knowledge store of common issues and FAQ’s to facilitate fast resolution of technical issues for advertisers
Suggest and implement ways to reduce technical set up issues and improve speed of advertising solution setup
Solve Zendesk tickets while adhering to SLAs, as well as optimizing the support process for high efficiency
Analytics tag troubleshooting through testing custom tag set up and integration connections with platforms such as Google Tag Manager, Shopify, WooCommerce and BigCommerce
Audit existing set-up and recommend best practices based on implementation including test events, etc.
Proactively communicate any product updates or changes to the sales team via newsletters and video calls
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of experience with online advertising products and with (Google) Analytics & (Google) Tag Manager
Minimum of 1 year of experience using at least one of the following: HTML, CSS or JavaScript
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree
Minimum of 1 year of hands on experience with either Google Measurement Protocol, HTTP/PHP skills, WEB services or similar relevant technology
Tech savvy with an interested in new emerging technologies
Excellent analytical skills and a problem solving mindset
Ability to communicate complex information in a concise manner
Experience of enhanced e-commerce solutions such as Shopify, BigCommerce, WooCommerce
This is a hybrid role based out of Mississauga.
