```Duties```

- Travel to customer sites and provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.

-Climbing ladders both indoors and outside

- Come in on time
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals
- Set up and maintain user accounts and access permissions
- Respond to help desk tickets and provide timely resolution to IT-related issues
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as system updates and backups
- Collaborate with team members to identify and implement IT improvements

```Qualifications```
- Proven experience as an IT Technician or similar role
- Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN networks, operating systems, and computer hardware
- Experience in providing IT support and desktop support
- Proficient in software troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
- Familiarity with macOS and Linux is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of help desk ticketing systems (e.g., Remedy) is a plus
