Job Summary

Are you ready to make a difference and play a crucial role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment? We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Janitorial Maintenance Person to join our team and contribute to the overall well-being of our workplace.

Shift - Monday - Friday 5:00am to 1:30pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.
• Ensure proper disposal of waste and maintain cleanliness in common areas.
• Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies to uphold hygiene standards.
• Conduct minor maintenance tasks such as light bulb replacement and simple repairs.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a seamless and efficient operation.
• Assist with snow and ice removal as required.
• Perform additional duties as directed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Previous experience in janitorial or maintenance roles is preferred.
• Experience operating equipment such as forklift, skid steer, industrial sweeper considered an asset.
• Ability to climb ladders and work at heights.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a tidy and organized space.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and a willingness to contribute to a collaborative team environment.
