  • Assist with sustainability input on project planning, having a strong data and analytic background. 

  • Develop and implement sustainable construction practices, procedures, processes, and systems.

  • Gather sustainability data and generate presentations to report on data analysis.                     

  • Identify and develop sustainability and energy conservation measures.
  • Support Project Management Office with reviewing contracts, standards and processes for efficiencies, consolidation, and improvements for sustainability performance/ innovation and reporting.

  • Provide technical guidance on sustainability and energy related concepts, strategies, and design, such as site related issues.

 
Qualifications
  • Enrolled in a diploma or degree in Engineering, Architecture, Planning or related discipline.

  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

  • Success in this position requires excellent organizational and communication skills with a high degree of customer focus.

  • Strong research and problem-solving skills and focus on attention to detail.

  • The ability to work well both independently and in a team.

Pre-Employment Requirements
  • Must be currently enrolled in school on a full-time basis with the intent to return to school full-time in the Fall of 2024.
  • If invited to an interview, you will be asked to provide an unofficial transcript or an enrollment verification letter (indicating the program and year you are currently completing).

Location: 800 Macleod Trail SE
Compensation: $27.16 per hour
Days of Work: This position works a 5 day
work week with 1 day off in a 3 week cycle.
Hours of work: Standard 35 hour work week
