Responsibilities:
- Assist in meal preparation and cooking in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Follow recipes and portion guidelines to ensure consistent quality
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces
- Adhere to food safety and handling procedures to prevent cross-contamination
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and timely service
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service setting is preferred
- Knowledge of basic food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
