Landscape Crew Supervisor

We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Landscape Maintenance Crew Supervisor to join our team. As the Landscape Maintenance Crew Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating the daily activities of our landscape maintenance crew. Responsibilities:

Supervision and Leadership:

• Lead and supervise a team of landscape maintenance crew members.
• Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure the crew performs tasks efficiently and up to company standards.

Project Coordination:

• Coordinate daily work schedules for the maintenance crew.
• Ensure timely completion of landscape maintenance projects, including mowing, trimming, weeding, and other landscape projects.
• Collaborate with higher-level management to plan and execute landscaping projects.

Quality Control:

• Conduct regular inspections to maintain the quality of landscape maintenance services.
• Address any issues or challenges that arise during landscaping operations.
• Communicate with higher-level management to resolve complex problems

Equipment Management:

• Oversee the maintenance and proper use of landscaping equipment
• Coordinate equipment repairs and replacements as needed.

Client Communication:

• Interact with clients to understand their specific requirements and address any concerns.
• Provide updates on project progress and seek feedback to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in landscape maintenance, with experience and suitability in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of landscaping techniques, plant care, and horticulture.
• Ability to operate and oversee the use of various landscaping equipment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
