Qualifications: Valid Alberta Teaching Certificate (or eligible to apply) Bachelor Degree in Education Clear Police Information Check with Vulnerable Sector Check and Child Intervention Record CheckSkills and Competencies: A minimum of 5 year’s experience. Demonstrates recent experience in supporting students with special education needs, including development and implementation of IPPs and coordination of multidisciplinary services. Demonstrates skills in planning for diverse learning needs. Demonstrates skills and knowledge in early literacy with a strong understanding of balanced literacy, reading and writing.
