Librarian
Auxiliary On Call/As Required
Duties: Reporting to the Manager of the Learning Commons, and working collaboratively with library staff and college faculty, the Librarian develops and delivers a variety of library services and programs that assist students and faculty as they engage in teaching and learning across a range of subject areas. The Librarian is responsible for providing in-person and online classroom instruction, library reference, and research consultations. They participate in developing and maintaining research guides and digital materials that support instruction. They will also participate in library collection development and provide input on collections management., The Librarian maintains a current awareness of emerging technologies in library services and will creatively apply and integrate these technologies in the development and delivery of library services and programs.
Qualifications: Masters-level degree from an accredited program of library or information science, along with a minimum three years of relevant professional experience in an academic library. See full job description for a complete list of qualifications.

Salary: Position As per the Faculty Salary Schedule and depending on qualifications, instructional and related work experience, the salary for auxiliary employees is $44.66 to $59.68 per hour (this includes 16% in lieu of benefits and vacation).
