Licensed Practical Nurse (Lpn)

We are currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing direct patient care, monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and providing health education to patients and their families. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Perform physical assessments and administer medications as prescribed.
• Monitor vital signs and document patient's progress.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing and dressing.
• Provide emotional support to patients and their families.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
• Provide education to patients and families on health-related topics.

Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 3 months

Salary: $40.00 per hour
