What We're Looking For:
You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional who thrives on challenges with a kind spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others, and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are strengths you’re building on. You are a strong communicator and committed to prioritizing clients' needs above all else.
- Previous experience in Real Estate is preferred but not required
- Active Ontario Real Estate license
- Knowledge of property management principles and practices
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Capable of working independently and collaboratively

As a Real Estate Agent, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic industry with the potential for high earning potential. You will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while providing exceptional customer service. Your ability to effectively negotiate contracts, market properties, and communicate with clients will be key to your success in this role.
Duties
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties
- Provide guidance and support throughout the entire Real Estate transaction process
- Determine clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit their situation
- Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value
- Lead on marketing and advertising of client property to attract potential buyers or tenants
- Conduct market research to determine property values and competitive prices
- Show properties to interested buyers or tenants
- Negotiate contracts and terms of sale or lease agreements
- Coordinate property inspections and appraisals
- Facilitate communication between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants
- Develop networks and maintain relationships with attorneys, mortgage lenders, and contractors
- Handle administrative tasks such as preparing documents, maintaining records, and managing client databases
- Remain knowledgeable about Real Estate markets and best practices
