What you’ll do:
The Revelstoke Liquor Store Manager will lead the day-to-day operations, providing quality products and services in our store. They are responsible for providing and implementing strategic direction, coaching, training, and leading their team. They will build and maintain relationships with internal and external customers and lead with a positive approach demonstrating initiative and driving results.
- Lead, manage and provide direction to all team members, including recruitment, scheduling, performance management, etc.
- Manage all store and merchandising standards, participate in the annual budgeting process, implement, and adhere to organizational programs, policies and procedures, invoicing, daily/monthly/annual documentation, and inventory.
- Promote and maintain a safe, efficient, and positive work environment.
Who you are:
- Minimum two (2) years of retail Liquor Store experience and two (2) years management experience.
- Well organized, capable of attaining a high level of production in a fast-paced environment.
- Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, are an effective planner and have superb time management skills.
- You’re honest and trustworthy, are results-oriented and strive to be the best in what you do.
- You believe in building relationships and collaborating to deliver solutions that matter most, and you recognize the value that different perspectives bring to meet shared objectives.
- You are a team player willing to pitch in to help other ARC staff with any task.
