We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Location Manager to join our team. As a Location Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our landscape Depot in Wallaceburg. Your main goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction, drive sales, and maintain a positive work environment.
```Responsibilities```
- Manage all aspects of the store's operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and maintenance of our loaders and truck.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase revenue
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Conduct regular inventory counts and manage stock levels to meet customer demand
- Implement marketing initiatives to drive traffic and increase sales
```Requirements```
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in basic math calculations for cash handling purposes
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers and provide exceptional customer service
- Loader experience is preferred
