What you’ll do
It’s safe to say, there’s no shortage of variety in what we do. Here are some key accountabilities of the role:
-Management of Outbound Logistics reported issues/requests, and provide solutions by engaging appropriate key stakeholders
-Manage day to day operations specific to individual store delivery programs by identifying issues and resolving them quickly
-Analyze Outbound Logistics and DC/Carrier performance relative to set standard operating procedures and service level agreements, and prepare commentary for Management
-Facilitate monthly Carrier operations meetings, and support Carrier quarterly business reviews
 
What you’ll need
To begin your career with us, we require the following:
-Minimum two years of Logistics experience.  Distribution Service & Supply Chain experience is an asset
-Customer service/support skills including effectively and efficiently responding to Carrier and Store inquiries, identifying stated and unstated Customer needs, and building strong relationships with Carriers, Stores and Regional Leadership Teams
-Communication skills including written (reports, analysis, etc.), and verbal (communicating regularly with various internal and external partners)
-Organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced working environment, meeting all deadlines and follow up response times
