THE ROLE
The Logistics Coordinator role is for a highly organized person with strong written & verbal communication skills, and excellent time management.
The Logistics Coordinator will provide support to the Logistics Account Manager through coordinating and monitoring truckload transportation activities by communicating with carriers to ensure that loads are picked up and delivered on time.
How You’ll Do It
· Handling high telephone call volumes in a courteous, efficient manner
· Working with carriers/drivers to monitor loading, unloading, and time-management of freight transit
· Performing data entry accurately maintaining up-to-date information in the fleet management system

Successful Scotlynn Candidates Have:
· High levels of organization, written and verbal communication skills
· Detail-oriented with excellent time-management and multi-tasking skills
