The Opportunity

With a nationwide presence and serving retailers across the country our Logistics team is at the heart of the Operations team. You will use your shipping and receiving experience to expedite shipments in a fast paced team-focused environment. In addition to being passionate about shipping products accurately to our customers, you also possess a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and have a high level of energy.

As a ZucoraHome Logistics & Production Associate you will:

• Pick and pack shipments for retailers across Canada
• Receive and verify inbound shipments
• Track orders for customers
• Operation of counterbalance forklift and walkie
• Ensuring all quality control procedures are closely followed and maintained
• Counting of inventory products
• Assembling and packaging a variety of customer care products to meet customer demand
• Examine and inspect products to ensure that they meet quality standards
• Counting of inventory products
• Receive and bin locate inventory
• Confirm, advise and/or problem solve any issues related to the production or assembly of goods
• Dispensing product utilizing an automated bottling
• Weigh and measure products in batch production
• General housekeeping, maintenance and efficient organization of warehouse and shipping/receiving areas.
• Listen and seek clarification when needed; respond well to questions, participate in virtual and in-person meetings and training sessions.
• Balance team and individual responsibilities while exhibiting objectivity and composure, provide and welcome feedback, contribute to building a positive team spirit.
• Adhere to all safety protocols at all times.

You are a Logistic & Production Associate who:

• Thrives in a team environment.

• Demonstrates strong analytical ability with exceptional attention to detail
• Has the ability to lift 50lbs repetitively
• Executes assigned daily tasks
• Proficient in Windows programs, GMail, and cloud-based applications
• Delivers effective communication with customers, teammates, and management

Qualifications and Nice to Have Skills:

• High school diploma and one year of warehouse experience
• Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment and following written and verbal detailed instructions.
• Forklift License with experience
