```Duties```
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspecting, cleaning, and repairing equipment and machinery.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues.
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner and prioritize tasks based on urgency.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify potential maintenance needs.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance procedures to ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs or installations.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
- Adhere to safety protocols and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.

- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead a team effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English.
- Knowledge of electrical systems, including wiring, circuits, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking work orders and maintenance schedules.
- Familiarity with logic controllers and their programming.
- Proficiency in facilities maintenance, including HVAC systems, plumbing, and carpentry.
- Leadership abilities to guide and motivate team members.
- Ability to fabricate and weld metal components as needed.
- Understanding of schematics and technical drawings for equipment repairs.
