Keyera is currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Planner to join our team at the Simonette Gas Plant near Valleyview Alberta. The Maintenance Planner is a critical member of our Team, working closely with Maintenance and Operations to build preventative maintenance plans.
This is a camp based position on a 4 & 3 rotation.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- In coordination with site SME’s, build and develop Job Plans to align with OEMS 4.3 – Maintenance Work Processes
- Drive the Asset Management & Reliability (AMR) workflow process from start to finish, from the development of Job Plans to closure of the Work Order
- Work with the Operations and Maintenance Shift Leads to support maintenance planning activities
- Prepare Job Plans to facilitate the Scheduling process completed by the Maintenance Leads
- Verify Work Order accuracy and information is correct
- Verify/validate that materials and resources are accurate and available for Job Plans
- Ensure budgeting accuracy/validation of planned work
- Support Supply Chain Management's procurement processes for job planning, including materials receiving
- Working with operations to ensure Job Planning is aligned and accurate with operations work scope
- Responsible for Maximo 7.6 PM activity & database
- AMR and OE practices are aligned with guidelines
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in Oil & Gas maintenance/operations
- Hold a Journeyman Certification in Instrumentation, Electrical, Millwright or Pipefitter. Preference will be given to dual tickets.
- Strong commitment to Health, Safety and the Environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to provide timely and relevant feedback
- Ability to build strong collaborative and mutually beneficial relationships with all facility staff and enablement groups
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Is a team player and someone that can work autonomously when required]
- Ability to provide a 5-year standard driver abstract with zero demerit points (clean driver’s abstract)
