Maintenance Supervisor For Hotel

```Duties```

- To perform routine and extensive range of work in the repair, general and preventive maintenance of facilities, buildings, guest rooms and equipment to ensure hotel maintenance standards are achieved and maintained.
- Repairs may include minor plumbing, electrical, heating, cooling, equipment, furnishings and fixtures, painting, wall repairs, light carpentry, minor door and lock repairs.
- Maintain the exterior of the building, parking lot, and common areas.
- Maintain all mechanical and storage areas in an orderly and clean condition
- Pool chemical testing and maintenance a definite asset.
- Follow a preventative maintenance schedule and keep updated records on file. Keep a daily log of tasks
- Develop and implement maintenance procedures and schedules
- Oversee the repair and maintenance of equipment, machinery, and facilities
- Manage inventory of spare parts and equipment

```Requirements```

- Proven experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in a supervisory role
- Strong project management skills to plan, execute, and monitor maintenance projects
- Solid mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair equipment
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills to effectively manage resources, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
