Maintenance Worker

```Job Overview``` We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. As a Maintenance Person, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of our facilities and equipment. This is a crucial role in our organization as you will play a key part in keeping our operations running smoothly. ```Duties``` - Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as inspecting and repairing equipment, machinery, and systems - Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with equipment and systems - Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance and longevity of equipment - Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner - Collaborate with other team members to address maintenance needs - Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities - Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment ```Requirements``` - Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude - Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical manuals - Proficient in English, both written and verbal - Customer service skills to effectively communicate with internal stakeholders - Experience supervising or leading a team is preferred - Familiarity with logic controllers (PLCs) is a plus - Welding and fabrication skills are desirable - Knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) is an advantage If you are a motivated individual with excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for maintaining equipment, we encourage you to apply for this position. Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Salary: $15.91-$25.00 per hour
