What you will be doing:
As a key member of the Lending team, you will be instrumental in collaboratively driving business results through performance measurement and portfolio analysis of cards, lines of credits, loans and other products. You will mainly focus on ensuring quantitative and qualitative merits of business plans and initiatives are well understood and managed as a thought-leader for the Product Management team.
 
Is this role right for you? In this role, you will:
-Identify risks & opportunities through a combination of external research, ideation with cross-functional partners, and querying and analysis of large volumes of internal data
-Maintain expert knowledge of key drivers of product performance and peer benchmarks
 
-Develop business cases for priority projects by creating approaches to assess financial impact, working with project stakeholders
-Work closely with stakeholders on various initiatives as a subject matter expert on how success should be defined and measured
-Creation of Portfolio Performance packages for executive level audience
-Identify and implement efficiencies in Portfolio Performance packages and commentary through report automation and collaboration
-Provide insights and provide management commentary on trends
-Conduct financial feasibility assessments and incrementality of product constructs, pricing, and offers
-Build and evolve financial models to further increase forecast accuracy and enable robust variance analyses
-Develop portfolio segmentation methodologies to understand existing customer base and aspirational customer segments
-Post-implementation review of actual results against project milestones and versus expectations and apply learnings to future programs
 
Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? - We'd love to work with you if you have:
-Degree in Computer Science, Math/Statistics, Engineering, or Business.
-Demonstrated proficiency with common coding languages (SQL, VBA) is required.
-4 years of experience in an analytics role
-Experience with advanced analytics tools (Google Cloud Analytics, SAS EG., etc.)
-Excellent information gathering and research skills
-Ability to distill complex information clearly and simply for an executive audience
