The individual will demonstrate business agility and strategic thinking, leveraging internal and external data to make fact-based decisions. He/she will build/maintain effective cross-functional relationships with Sales, FP&A, Merchandising and Inventory Planning.
The candidate will report to the Director of Strategic Sales and be responsible for managing Analytics and Account Planning for the Strategic Sales team.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a team responsible for planning, analyzing retail sales and go to market strategies
  • Provide strategic direction with pre-season, in-season and post season partner activities, to ensure increased sales and profitability.
Analytics/Reporting
  • Lead the future vision of analytics and reporting
  • Create and develop reporting templates and tools to efficiently manage reporting
  • Provide direction for ad hoc reporting and analysis as needed by program
Planning
  • Align forecast with account planners and account managers
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams on key deliverables to mitigate risk and meet business goals.
  • Communicate impact/risk associated to inventory levels, shipments and sales to cross functional teams
  • Help develop the pre, during and post market activities for the account planner
Requirements
  • 8-10 years of experience in Analytics, Planning and Forecasting
  • Financial and Business Acumen: Ability to evaluate financial and business indicators and translate data into actionable information to drive results; proficiency in retail math
  • Planning and Priority Setting: Demonstrate an ability to set objectives and goals and organize work appropriately to meet and exceed goals
  • Thrives working in a collaborative, high paced environment.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines & priorities in an organized manner.
  • Highly proficient in Excel and Powerpoint
  • Extreme attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks efficiently
  • Hard working, self-starter, strong sense of community
  • Comfortable presenting to leadership
  • Experience working in the apparel retail industry.

Compensation and Benefits Package 
lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $104,400 - 137,000annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.

This role is classified as Hybrid under our SSC Workplace Policy:  


In-person collaboration is important, and much of the role can be performed remotely. Work is performed onsite at least 3 days per week.
