Marine Technician

DeWildt Marine & Powersports looking for a full time Marine Technician with a love of boats to join ourteam. We are a full line Yamaha dealership andwe are the area dealer for Crestliner and Starcraft fishing boats. Job Duties:

• Pre-delivery inspection for new boats
• Rigging & accessory installation
• Preparing boats for summer launch and winter storage
• General boat maintenance

Skills/Qualifications:

• Technical understanding of marine and recreational products
• Previous Yamaha Marine experience an asset.
• Team work –Work closely with the Service team, Parts and Sales
• Knowledge and experience in jet drive, outboard and stern drive powered boats
• Ability to work unsupervised
• Ability to assist others
• Tractor and forklift experience an asset
