Responsibilities:
•Team Leadership: Leading all team members and managing the daily operations of the Cafe and Bar. Being a positive role model for any and all staff members.
•Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate staff in the bar and cafe restaurant.
•Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service by assisting in customer interactions and addressing concerns promptly. Contribute to the auditing of the customer experience to maintain high standards.
•Financial Responsibilities: Cash handling duties, including till preparation, and deposit preparation. Budgetary control of departmental requirements.
•Operational Support: Aid in ordering and purchasing food, beverage(s), supplies, etc. Performing operational paperwork related to safety, accounting, and inventory.
•Facility Maintenance: Support the maintenance of the practical operational feasibility of the center.
•Safety Compliance: Collaborate with the management team to consistently follow safety protocols and regulations.
•Training and Development: Assist in recruiting, training, and onboarding new staff members.
Requirements:
•Previous experience in a food and bar management role is required.
•Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
•Holds at least 3-5 years of experience in comparable management roles or customer service.
Qualifications:
•Demonstrated success in leading large teams and delivering exceptional customer service.
•Displays a genuine passion for fostering a safe and enjoyable work environment.
•Capable of making informed decisions in a fast-paced operational setting.
•Communicates effectively with excellent interpersonal skills.
•Proficient in using MS Office and operations management software.
