The Job

You will work directly with management and ownership to develop and execute a deliberate approach to understanding and communicating with the dental community in the National Capital Region and eastern Ontario. Our ideal candidate is detail orientated, a good communicator (written and oral), warm, personable and demonstrates good organization skills. You must be good with Microsoft Excel and adept at learning new software. The duties of the position will include:

• Assisting ownership with developing an annual marketing plan including budget;

• Building a database of dental offices across the National Capital Region and eastern Ontario including existing referring offices, and those offices which have yet to refer to our clinic;

• Planning and coordinating Marketing and community outreach events for the clinic;

• Planning and coordinating internal team building and appreciation events;

• Assisting clinic Dentists with their individual outreach programs;

• Crafting and monitoring social and other media communications for and about DOCS;

• Assisting Management with improving and refining communications with patients and referring dentists;

• Assisting ownership with building an analytics based approach to understanding clinic performance and development;

• Managing the procurement of clinic promotional items; and

• All other related tasks and duties as may be assigned from time to time by management.
