Marketing And Communications Coordinator

Growers Supply Company Limited, a long-established supplier of agricultural and irrigation products is currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing and Communications Coordinator to lead our Marketing and Communications efforts at our company. The Marketing and Communications Coordinator will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies to promote our products and services.

This role involves coordinating internal and external communication channels, optimizing our online presence, overseeing event planning, and fostering strong relationships with stakeholders. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with a keen understanding of digital marketing trends and a proven track record of driving sales through effective marketing initiatives.

The Job:

• Develop and execute comprehensive Marketing and Communications strategies to promote Growers Supply products and services.
• Coordinate internal and external communication channels, including websites, intranet, newsletters, and social media platforms.
• Evaluate the benefits of social media platforms and implement relevant strategies to enhance the company's online presence.
• Oversee website and product catalogue design, production, and maintenance, collaborating with internal teams and external developers.
• Plan, organize, and execute annual trade shows and explore other field initiatives to expand brand visibility.
• Collaborate with store managers to optimize merchandising and store layouts for effective product promotion.
• Act as a liaison between Growers Supply, partner businesses, and community support initiatives to strengthen relationships and enhance brand reputation.
• Manage industry association memberships and actively participate in related events and activities.
• Develop and implement branding strategies for stores and products to create a strong market presence.
• Monitor expenses and manage budgets effectively to maximize the return on investment.

The Ideal Candidate:

• 3-5 years of experience in sales and/or marketing.
• General computer knowledge, management training workshops, MS Office proficiency.
• Relevant certifications, specialized training programs, or equivalent practical experience demonstrating expertise in marketing, communications, or related fields.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• Detail-oriented mindset, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, capable of managing diverse personalities effectively.
• Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) with a deep understanding of content creation, posting strategies, and audience engagement.
• Advanced planning and organizational abilities to coordinate marketing activities successfully

The annual salary range for this position is $60,000 to $80,000.
