Position:Marketing Assistant
Type: Regular Part-Time (24-32 hours per week)
Location: Nanaimo (Flexible work arrangements available, including remote work and office location)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the owner-operator with day-to-day administrative tasks.
• Manage inventory and oversee sales through various online platforms, including WordPress and Amazon.
• Handle logistics, including shipping products to couriers and order entry.
• Engage with customers, providing exceptional service and support.
• Support marketing initiatives, including social media management, content creation (photography and videography), and website updates.
• Perform other related duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a team-oriented mindset.

Qualifications:

• Post-secondary education in Administration, Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle (vehicle allowance provided).
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Creative eye with a knack for problem-solving.
• Proficiency in using digital platforms for sales and marketing purposes.
• Team player with a positive attitude, integrity, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
