Marketing Manager

We’re a local family-owned fresh food business with 8 brick & mortar retail locations and e-commerce store with last mile delivery service. We are seeking a full time Marketing Manager to lead our marketing team initiatives across all channels and perpetuate our growth strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Define channel-specific marketing plans.
• Craft and manage successful marketing campaigns & programs from ideation to execution, taking ownership of the end-to-end creative strategy, and collaborating across teams for seamless implementation.
• Drive content strategy, maintaining brand messaging and consistency across all channels and touch points.
• Conduct analytics reporting across platforms, providing insights for future strategies.
• Track, analyze, and optimize marketing initiatives for maximum impact and ROI.
• Conduct customer segmentation and create/manage automated email journeys.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• 3+ years in Marketing Management, preferably within retail.
• Strong understanding of ecommerce conversion funnels and familiarity with a major retail CMS platform (including Shopify, Magento, and/or WooCommerce)
• Strong in Digital Marketing, customer segmentation, email journeys, and ROI-focused campaign development.
• Results-driven, adept at metrics-driven marketing, and excellent project management skills.
• Proactive, adaptable to fast-paced environments, collaborative, exceptional leadership and coaching abilities.
• Post-Secondary Education in Marketing, Social Media, Digital or related fields.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools and content creation software.
• Proficiency with CSS, HTML and front-end web design an asset.
• Experience with Shopify Liquid and/or Javascript an asset.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
