We are seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing strategy, brand management, and digital marketing. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our marketing initiatives and driving the growth of our business.
Job Duties
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote our range of services
- Manage and enhance the company’s brand through strategic brand management initiatives.
- Oversee digital marketing efforts, including social media, content marketing, and online campaigns.
- Manage offline marketing initiatives, including print materials, direct mail, events, and partnerships.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for business expansion.
- Create and manage marketing campaigns, encompassing content marketing, email marketing, and online advertising, print media, and more.
- Analyze marketing data and metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and drive data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with various teams to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Manage marketing budgets efficiently, allocating resources for optimal return on investment.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure the company remains innovative in both online and offline marketing efforts.
- Manage and lead a high-performing marketing team, nurturing a culture of creativity and excellence.
Skills and Qualifications:
- At least a college diploma in marketing, business, or a related field is required. A university degree in marketing, business, or a related field is an asset.
- At least 2 years’ experience in similar roles. Proven experience in marketing management with a strong track record of successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including social media, SEO, and content marketing.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a demonstrated ability to motivate, coach, and develop a high-performing marketing team.
- Creative thinker with a passion for marketing and brand development.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Ability to effectively communicate and present information.
- Experience in the education or study abroad industry is a plus.
