You would be managing a team of 4 and reporting directly to the VP of Marketing & Technology and working alongside the executive team to implement and develop comprehensive marketing and brand campaigns based in our Kelowna, BC Corporate Headquarters.

You will be in charge of Brand Campaigns, Marketing Strategies, and creative direction for Tommy Gun's and its sister brands.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead a cross-functional team by building and executing holistic omnichannel marketing strategies that drive customer retention and acquisition, build brand recognition and loyalty, and drive performance and growth
- Drive the development and execution of digital and traditional campaigns
- Develop an annual marketing strategy that supports organizational objectives and company goals
- Manage, measure, and optimize the performance and effectiveness of all marketing programs and lead generation campaigns executed both in-house and through 3rd parties
- Generate reports and analyze data regularly to identify opportunities and risks, and make adjustments to strategies, accordingly, sharing key stats and learnings with the leadership team
- Build strategic partnerships and develop strategies for our influencer and ambassador programs
- Work with the digital team to develop a comprehensive SEO/SEM strategy
- Work collaboratively with third-party agencies to execute initiatives while managing related budgets
- Provide strategic support to the leadership team by conducting research and sharing insights to support decision making
- Manage the social media strategy with a focus on branding and engagement to build the online community and drive conversions which may involve support from external 3rd parties
- Share the vision for the department with team members to motivate and challenge them, create engagement, and offer opportunities for professional growth
- Occasionally supervise photoshoots to ensure branding is on-point and generates the collateral needed for specific marketing initiatives
- Oversee the creation of print and digital collateral, including the planning and creation of video content
- Work closely with the purchasing team to plan campaigns based on scheduled product launch timelines
- Work with the development team to plan strategies and campaigns around shop openings
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 5+ years in developing and driving marketing strategies, in a leadership capacity
- Digital Marketing Experience
- Ahref, Semrush, or similar experience
- Retail & Franchise Experience an Asset
