Charles Taylor is seeking a highly motivated Marketing Manager to join our growing marketing team. This role is an integral part of the team and will help execute our growth strategy and achieve our goals including direct support of our national sales team and executive leadership across multiple brands and business units. This position has C-Suite executive level exposure and an opportunity to collaborate with many leaders within the business and across the globe.
- Development of RFP content, manage workflow and execution of RFP responses
- Develop content, oversee design, distribute & maintain marketing materials
- Organize cross-functional teams to develop proposal strategies, collateral & sales presentations
- Assist with the direction and creation of sales presentations including PowerPoints
- Maintain content libraries and collateral repositories – keeping everything up to date
- Create and manage website content- including thought leadership for multiple divisions
- Coordinate conferences, sponsorships, event planning & tradeshows
- Oversee social media management of multiple divisions
- Oversight and project management of external marketing vendors including designers, agencies, tradeshow & promotional vendors
- Assist with coordination of public relations agencies and activities
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills
- Expert knowledge with Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Working knowledge of databases or knowledge management systems
- Proficiently in Adobe Creative Suite, or relevant design experience
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Experience with social media, CRM or marketing automation software required
- Experience working in a remote, work from home environment
- High proficiency in self-managing project details
- Ability to comprehend and organize complex materials according to requirements
- Ability to use judgment to plan, accomplish goals and meet demanding deadlines
- Independent research and fact-finding abilities
- Ability to work with minimal direction and proactively seek guidance as needed
- Bachelor’s degree (English, communications, marketing or business administration is a plus) from a four-year accredited college/university
- Minimum of 5-7 years of business/relevant working experience
- Established writing experience required
- Manage complex projects that may require overtime hours
- Desire for career growth
- 10% travel
