Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities:

- Create visually appealing graphics and designs for various marketing materials, including advertisements, social media posts, website banners, and email campaigns

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute creative concepts that align with the company's brand identity

- Conduct research to stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design and digital marketing

- Optimize designs for search engine optimization (SEO) to improve visibility and organic traffic

- Utilize analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, to track and analyze the performance of design assets and make data-driven improvements

- Assist with budgeting and resource allocation for design projects

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and e-commerce, to ensure consistent branding across all channels

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a digitial marketer and graphic designer or in a similar role

- Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices

- Knowledge of SEO strategies and techniques

- Famility with Wix Platforms and Klaviyo Email Marketing

- Familiarity with advertising platforms (Google, Meta) and strategies

- Ability to work within budget constraints and meet project deadlines

- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members
