- Digital Marketing Strategy/Campaigns: Participating in the creation of an overall Digital Marketing strategy for the Rocca Sisters Team complete benchmark goals and projected ROI. Next step is breaking the strategy down into individual campaigns – then moving forward to implement each campaign including creation of marketing assets such as insightful articles (blogs), engaging video, image selection, testimonials, visual assets for social campaigns and geographic print farm card campaign management.
- Database/Email Management: Build, grow and maintain The Rocca Sisters subscriber database (CRM) including implementation of strategic email marketing campaigns to increase subscribers, click rates, engagement with events, and inbound interest from our target market.
- AI and Automation Initiatives: Maximize efficiencies in all areas of marketing with research and implementation of select AI apps and platforms such as Trello, Captions.ai, Opus Clips, ChatGBT, Canva, Guidde.com, ElevenLabs.io to name a few.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience in digital project coordination or a similar role.
- The ability to take initiative and independently manage tasks
- Strong coordination skills and attention to detail with a track record of meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
- Proficiency in using computer and technology tools, such as Trello and Canva (for asset creation).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A valid driver's license
