Job Summary:
As a Digital Marketing Specialist at Central Wire (CWI), you will be responsible for executing various digital tasks around Product & Brand Awareness Marketing Campaigns for CWI. These tasks primarily include: design of web & Digital Marketing content, ad creation, and search engine optimization. You will also play a key part in monitoring and reporting on various types of digital analytics, from web traffic to social media trends.
In this Specialist role, you will work closely with the Senior Digital Marketing Specialist and the whole Marketing Team to contribute towards new ideas and marketing strategies, improve our online presence, and expand into new sectors.
Core Responsibilities:
1. Search Engine Optimization: Effectively implements SEO updates for new and current webpages based on latest SEO trends.
2. Email Marketing: Sets up Email Campaigns with automated workflows for various customer lists in HubSpot, alongside providing reports & insight into future campaigns to upper management.
3. Paid Advertising: Creates product and brand specific keyword plans using Google Keyword Planner and executes utilizing Google Ad Campaigns, Linkedin Campaign Manager & more.
4. Social Media & Blog Marketing: Schedules Social Media and Blog posts for publishing to various company-run social media accounts.
5. Analytics Reporting: Uses Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc. to report on ongoing marketing campaigns & analyze reports for implementation recommendations and trends for upper management.
6. Digital Strategy Implementation: Utilizes -Digital Marketing Strategies used by the CWI Marketing Team for Specific Campaigns and Web-Related Requests.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Related Field Preferred
- 1 Year+ Experience in Marketing Preferably in Digital Capacity Preferred
- Experience Using WordPress or Related CMS Systems Preferred
- Create Analytical & Data Charts to Measure Marketing Strategy Effectiveness
- Experience using HubSpot or other Marketing CRMs Preferred
- Experience with Various Social Media Platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn & Twitter
- Familiarity with SEO Related Tools such as Yoast or Semrush Preferred
- Familiarity with Google Ads and Google Analytics
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
- Google Ads Certification
- Familiarity with Elementor and Muffin Builder Website Tools
- Basic Knowledge of Website Coding
- Knowledge of Effective WordPress Plugins for Site Improvements
- Background in Marketing in the Manufacturing Sector
