Digital Marketing Specialist The challenge
Are you passionate about Digital Marketing and ready to make an impact? We’re seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. In this role, you’ll play a crucial part in driving our brand’s success through strategic marketing campaigns. If you’re a creative thinker, data-driven, and eager to learn, read on! What you will do
1. Campaign Planning and Execution:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, implement, and optimize Digital Marketing campaigns.
- Focus on lead generation and online sales, ensuring our brand reaches the right audience.
2. Continuous Optimization:
- Monitor campaign performance closely.
- Conduct weekly status updates with external agencies to fine-tune strategies and achieve optimal results.
3. Channel Development:
- Identify and explore new communication and promotion channels.
- Enhance existing channels to maximize reach and engagement.
4. Quality Control and Comparative Analysis:
- Evaluate agency campaign results rigorously.
- Ensure high-quality outcomes and competitive pricing.
- Participate in tenders as needed.
5. Reporting and Insights:
- Prepare comprehensive summaries of campaign activities and results.
- Use data-driven insights to inform future strategies.
6. Agency Collaboration:
- Work closely with digital agencies to align efforts and achieve campaign goals.
- Instagram Management: Plan and execute Instagram content. Coordinate product support, posts, and publication schedules.
7. CRM and Email Marketing:
- Contribute to CRM initiatives.
- Execute effective email marketing campaigns.
8. Regional Campaign Oversight:
- Supervise the implementation of Polish marketing campaigns across Baltic markets.
- Collaborate with agencies to ensure seamless execution.
What you need to succeed
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
1-2 years of experience in Digital Marketing (internships included).
1-2 years of experience in Digital Marketing (internships included).
Proficiency in GDN and social media platforms, especially Facebook.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Fluency in English and Polish.
