Discount Pool Supply is a division of International Pool and Spa Centers, a leading distributor, retailer, and service provider of hot tubs, swimming pools, and recreational products in southern Ontario. We have 8 retail locations across Ontario, a fast-growing online business, and the largest fiberglass pool construction division in Ontario. We are a family-run and owned business that has been in operation for over 40 years.

JOB TYPE: Permanent, full-time

LOCATION: 4496 Chesswood Drive, North York.

Position Overview: As our SEO/Paid Ads & Social Ads Specialist, you'll play a vital role in enhancing our online visibility and driving conversions through strategic initiatives across various digital channels. You'll be responsible for managing and optimizing SEO efforts, paid advertising campaigns, and social media advertising to maximize our reach and impact.

In addition to our main e-commerce site, you will also assist with other web properties for our retail stores, lead generation sites, and our construction division. This will involve collaborating with different teams to ensure cohesive Digital Marketing strategies across all our business segments, further amplifying our online presence and driving growth.

Responsibilities:

SEO Specialist:

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive targeted traffic to our website.
• Conduct keyword research, analyze website performance, and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Optimize website content, meta tags, and other on-page elements to enhance search engine visibility and user experience.

Paid Ads Specialist:

• Manage and optimize SEM campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and others to increase website traffic and maximize ROI.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and adjust strategies to meet KPIs and business objectives.

Social Ads Specialist:

• Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc., to engage audiences and generate leads.
• Work closely with in-house designers to develop creative ad copy, visuals, and targeting strategies to drive conversions and brand awareness.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in SEO, SEM, and social media advertising, preferably in an e-commerce or Digital Marketing environment.
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, keyword research tools, and SEO best practices.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media advertising platforms, and other Digital Marketing tools.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and present
• Self-motivated with a passion for staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
