The ideal candidate is a highly organized self-starter who is capable of working cross-functionally on the planning and the implementation of marketing projects. You will need to display versatility in order to handle ad-hoc projects as assigned.
Responsibilities:
- Create and schedule content on social media (i.e., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube)
- Create video content for TikTok and Instagram Reels (on-screen and off-screen) across the GTA
- Execute Digital Marketing campaigns through Facebook Ads and Google Ads
- Optimize Digital Marketing campaigns
- Produce written content for online publication on our website, insauga.com
- Write video scripts for video shoots about restaurants, retail, and more
- Schedule and coordinate client campaigns, photo shoots, and video shoots
- Host video shoots on-screen with videographer
- Create reports for client campaigns using Excel and PowerPoint, Google Workspace
- Ad-hoc projects as assigned
Qualifications:
- 3 years of social media marketing experience
- 3 years of Google Ad Manager and Google 360 experience and Google Workplace
- 3 years experience with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- 3 years experience with social media platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, Linkedin)
- 3 years experience in running paid social campaigns
- Fluency working with tools for creating content such as Later, Canva
- Fluency in measuring social media campaigns and generating insights, and analytics
- Candidates who live in Mississauga or who have lived in the region for a substantial period of time and are familiar with our regions
- Consistent access to a reliable vehicle (while this is a work-from-home position, candidates will be required to attend meetings and events)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent
