The Marketing Specialist is responsible for helping execute our marketing strategic plan to promote our products and strengthen our brand presence. This position requires intermediate to advanced level technical ability with a range of marketing tools and technologies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

To succeed in this job, you must:

- Manage the improvement of web presence, brand management and identity of product portfolios through SEO strategies;
- Conduct keyword research and optimize ads for better performance on search engines and social media, coordinating efforts with internal and external partners as needed;
- Plan, script, film, and edit high-quality product videos and client success stories;
- Create and release product catalogs, infographics, white papers; collaborate with other team members if necessary;
- Manage paid media across LinkedIn, Google, Bing, and Meta to capture demand effectively, collaborating with both in-house teams and external vendors;
- Utilize CRM (Hubspot) to build and track ongoing campaigns, create online conversion structures, manage blog structures and monitor trends;
- Analyze and report performance success rate of all marketing campaigns;
- Assist in organizing, planning, and attend trade shows;
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned by the Director of Marketing.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

- Post-secondary diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Marketing or a related field;
- A combination of education and experience may be considered;
- Three (3) years experience in marketing;
- Experience with media editing software, visual communication methods, web design and creation of digital content, including but not limited to social media, blogs, press releases, infographics, white papers and videos;
- Comprehensive knowledge of SEO;
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced evolving, high-volume environment;
- Strong communication skills including verbal and written;
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills including use of Gmail, Google Docs, Sheets etc.

Preferred

- Adobe Creative Suite/ Photoshop/ InDesign / illustrator / Adobe Premiere;
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management Systems (Hubspot);
- Experience with paid media and platforms, LinkedIn / google / Bing / Meta;
- Familiar with Reporting tools, Google analytics / GSC.
