iSBERGDATA was founded to address the critical deficiency in data acquisition, organization, storage and analysis in the healthcare environment. Our mission is to improve healthcare by directly providing healthcare professionals the tools they need to deliver effective, efficient and timely care to their patients; and to reduce the administrative burden of their practice.

We are currently hiring for 2 Sales/Marketing Positions, one more clearly sales oriented and one to emphasize support and service. Ideally we will create a team that is the primary Sales/Marketing force for iSBERGDATA.

Sales/Marketing

In this role you will be responsible for engaging with physicians, administrative staff, healthcare executives both institutionally and within government, identifying their needs, and positioning the correct product to solve their most pressing challenges.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Prospect and identify potential business clients in the healthcare sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in multiple segments.
  • Understand the unique needs and challenges of clients and tailor strategy accordingly.
  • Present our products and services effectively and provide customized proposals.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to closing sales.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to align strategies and identify opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Must have proven experience in sales, preferably in a B2B capacity
  • Must have a degree/diploma in business or a related field.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a strong team player.
  • Familiarity with healthcare and its trends.

Marketing/Sales

In this role you will be responsible for servicing and maintaining our subscription holders as well as creating marketing campaigns to enhance both our brand recognition and product visibility. In addition to overseeing marketing strategies, the role involves managing the daily operations of the marketing office, ensuring smooth workflows, and fostering a productive work environment.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Maintain and service subscription clients to ensure maximum client retention rate.
  • Design and execute marketing strategies to enhance product visibility and capture significant market share.
  • Ensure that marketing initiatives complement sales objectives.
  • Assist with the production of promotional materials, digital content, and social media campaigns.
  • Analyze market dynamics, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to refine product positioning and pricing.
  • Coordinate webinars, workshops, and promotional events to demonstrate our platform and engage potential clients.
  • Assist in managing the marketing budget, the daily operations of the marketing office, to ensure smooth workflows, and a productive work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent professional experience is highly desirable.
  • Proven track record in software or tech product marketing.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing arenas, including SEO, SEM, and targeted social media campaigns.
  • Robust analytical thinking and project management acumen.
  • Ability to foster cross-functional collaborations with sales, product, and technical teams.
  • A deep-seated commitment to maintaining the highest levels of confidentiality and integrity.
